As a Notary Public, I am authorized to do the following tasks:

Administer oaths or affirmations, i.e., – affidavits, depositions, applications
Take acknowledgements, i.e., – deeds, mortgages, contracts & power of attorney (except motor vehicle titles)
Attest to photocopies of certain documents, i.e., -Florida driver’s license, Florida vehicle title, SS card, Diploma, etc.
Verify vehicle identification numbers (VINs)
Certify the contents of a safe-deposit box

Certified and background screened as a Notary Signing Agent (NSA) through the National Notary Association.

As a NSA, I am authorized to work with mortgage lenders, title firms and escrow companies in the State of Florida to make loan closings as convenient as possible for borrowers by couriering loan documents, collecting and notarizing signatures and delivering settlement checks.
